I texted my rep and he asked me to email him the information … More so he can forward it to his team and before I knew it I actually got a call back from Mike because he said he knew I had called earlier. Poor Mike sat on the phone with me for 30 minutes while I had him quote out like eight different options. But I just really needed to know my options because I’ve never person and I don’t really understand Insurance all that well at the end of our call it was an easy decision for me to tell them which options I’d like to go with and he got it done in seconds, including updating my policy and my ID cards that I was able to access within moments of our call.
